How does the Legacy Protection Plan help protect your messages?
The Legacy Protection Plan is an add-on that gives your scheduled content extra coverage so it can still be delivered on your intended timeline, even many years from now. For full details on what’s included and how to enrol, visit our Pricing page.
What happens to my messages if aprevida shuts down?
Your content is protected by a multi-layered continuity system. This includes secure storage across independent systems and a structured legal and operational plan to ensure your messages can still be accessed and delivered even if aprevida ceases to operate.
Are funds set aside for future delivery costs?
Yes. A portion of every purchase is allocated in advance to cover the costs of future message delivery — such as SMS and email transmission fees. This means the resources needed to deliver your messages are planned for and reserved from the moment you create them.
Is this the same as holding funds in escrow?
Not exactly. Rather than traditional escrow, aprevida uses a combination of pre-allocated delivery funds, protected data storage, and a legal continuity plan to achieve similar outcomes — ensuring your messages can still be delivered regardless of what happens to the company.
Who oversees the continuity process?
A designated legal partner holds the continuity package and is responsible for activating it if needed. This arrangement is structured to be independent of aprevida's day-to-day operations, so it can function even in the event of a business disruption.
